IDG interviews the CEO of Motorola and covers a variety of topics. Initially the CEO discusses his first days at the company, but eventually discusses Apple. When asked his opinions on Apple getting into the cell phone market, he responded that "all computer companies are thinking about voice." His response to questions about the Nano was quite negative. Apparently he didn't like that the ROKR was upstaged by the Nano. While most thought the Apple event would bring a lot of media attention to the ROKR, instead Apple brought out the Nano and the ROKR got lost in the Nano buzz.
"Screw the nano. What the hell does the nano do? Who listens to 1,000 songs?"
