Cingular and Apple may team on music download service

Though previous reports seemed to indicate that Cingular would introduce its own music service, AppleInsider indicates possibilities that they may work together. Steve Jobs has publicly stated that he doesn't think people will pay higher prices for wireless downloads. He seems to be referring to current wireless networks with relatively low download speeds. As Cingular will only introduce their service after they roll out their high speed network, Steve Jobs still has left himself a way out to work with Cingular.
