PortalPlayer Comments Up Analyst's Bullish iPod Outlook

Apple financial analyst and Apple Permabear, Shaw Wu, changed his tune recently. He had previously issued negative comments on Apple stock even in the face of the success of the iPod Nano. His price target for the stock had been below the trading price of AAPL. After hearing comments from PortalPlayer, supplier of iPod components, Wu actually moved his AAPL price target above the price of the stock. He states that he believes Apple will sell more than 9 million iPods this quarter and will report a 30% increase in revenue growth over last quarter.
