iPod nano owners sue Apple over screen issues

Even though consumers complained that Apple's iPod Nano gets scratched too easily, Apple claimed there was only a defect in a small portion of iPod Nano screens. Many reports indicated otherwise, some even stating that a microfiber cloth used on the screen caused it to scratch. Apple stated that the screen was made of the same material as other iPods and advised consumers to buy a case for the player. In response to this iPod Nano owners are filing a class action lawsuit against Apple claiming that design flaws have caused this problem.
