Apple Q4 sales ahead of expectations

Financial analysts, in checking the industry and the channel, believe that Apple sales are ahead of expectations for Q4. They are benefitting from a strong back to school season as well as good sales of iPod Nanos. As mentioned before, Apple expected to sell 5x white iPod nanos as black iPod nanos. Thus sales of iPod nanos have been hampered somewhat. Apple is now readjusting its manufacturing to deliver more black iPod nanos. The firm also increased its price target to $45 even though the stock is currently trading above $53 this morning.
