Apple share of MP3 players to drop

via theRegister - Future news headlines will claim that Apples MP3 player marketshare will drop. This is because the iPod Mini, which was HD based, was the best selling player in the world. The replacement, the iPod Nano, is flash based. As Apple doesn't have a 75%+ marketshare in flash based players, Apples marketshare numbers in both flash and HD players will drop though its overall marketshare might increase.
